Mission

As our Operations Trainer for Northern Europe (mainly Netherlands & Germany), you'll report directly to the Training Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our campsite teams. You'll be instrumental in ensuring high-quality customer service, compliance with our standards, and continuous skill development, all while contributing to the creation of engaging educational content.Main Responsibilities :Onsite and Online Training : 
  • Deliver comprehensive training to reception, animation, maintenance, and management teams on internal procedures, tools (including booking software and inventory management), and quality standards.

  • Design and lead theoretical and practical training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each campsite, analyzing training needs in collaboration with operations managers.

  • Develop diverse training materials, including technical guides, user manuals, video tutorials, and online training modules, to facilitate learning.

  • Foster a customer-oriented culture within our operational teams, providing guidance on conflict resolution, communication techniques, and team building.

  • Skills Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Regularly assess team performance and prepare detailed training reports for management.

    • Implement continuous training plans and assessments to ensure ongoing staff skill development.

    • Analyze dashboards and generate actionable recommendations based on performance data.

    Innovation
    • Proactively develop new training methods and implement cutting-edge technologies to ensure the continuous evolution of our internal training processes.

    • Stay current with tourism sector trends to adapt training programs to guest expectations and industry best practices.

Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum two-year degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Human Resources, with a specialization in training or content creation.

  • Experience: Proven experience in management or training within the tourism industry (campsites, hotels, or holiday villages).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with campsite management software and IT tools (MS Office, online training platforms).

    • Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools (Adobe Suite, video editing software, e-learning platforms).

    • Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards specific to campsites.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and teaching abilities.

    • A natural ability to motivate and lead multicultural teams.

    • Flexibility and quick adaptation to diverse field situations.
