The position 

To uphold our "brand quality standard", we are looking for a Campsite Representative to join our campsites all over Europe. This position involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining clean and fully equipped accommodations, and acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide safe, functional, fully equipped and clean accommodation for guests.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest questions and needs, always with a friendly attitude.
  • Provide detailed and relevant information to guests about the local area, campsite facilities and services.
  • Clean accommodation both internally and externally at the start of the season and after each guest departure, ensuring they are ready for new arrivals.
  • Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, including key handover, deposit handling, and registration on internal systems.
  • Handle night calls on a rotational basis, assisting guests with their urgent needs.

Profilo

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of English & French(additional languages are a plus!).
  • Availability from 04/05 till 19/09
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform daily physical tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the role.
  • Comfortable with IT tools, including Google Drive, smartphones, tablets, and cloud-based systems.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Due to EU legislation, UK passport holders must have residency in an EU country to qualify.
