The Position

To uphold our “brand quality standard,” we’re looking for a Kids Team Leader to oversee and support the delivery of fun, engaging, and safe activities for children at one of our premium European campsites.As a Kids Team Leader, you’ll manage and motivate a small team of Kids Reps, ensuring high-quality activity sessions and unforgettable holiday experiences for families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support the Kids Club team in delivering fun and safe activities tailored to various age groups
  • Plan, schedule, and adapt activity programs, ensuring sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure all activities are well-prepared, risk-assessed, and delivered with enthusiasm and energy
  • Promote and advertise the Kids Club activities to guests in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and their families at all times
  • Handle any challenges, complaints, or incidents with professionalism and care
  • Use reporting tools and ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with campsite management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure the team and activity areas uphold cleanliness, organisation, and safety protocols
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, split shifts, and holiday periods
  • Support the wellbeing of children and young people by following company safeguarding procedures

Profilo

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of English (a second European language is a plus)

  • Previous experience working with children in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults

  • Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team with positivity and confidence

  • Creative, organised, and proactive approach to planning and running activities

  • Comfortable using basic IT tools (smartphones, tablets, Google Drive)

  • A valid First Aid qualification (training can be provided)

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 15kg)

  • A fun, team-oriented spirit and a passion for creating memorable guest experience.

Due to EU legislation, UK passport holders must have residency in an EU country to be eligible.This vacancy location is in (country) and is not campsite specific.
