 Your tasks are to:

Physically and telephonically welcome French and international customers; 

Ensure the smooth running of the guests' stay and optimize their satisfaction by offering an efficient, fast and courteous service;

Inform and inform our clients during their stay;

Carry out the collection of ancillary services; 

Follow customer files and booking schedule.

Your assets to succeed in this position:

You have justified experience in a similar position, ideally in the outdoor hospitality sector.

You master French as well as English, a third language is a plus.

You’ve mastered computer tools.

You are organized and good communicator.
