The role:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join the administrative team and lead our Italian segment. The successful candidate is allowed to work fully remote and he/she will report directly to the Group Accounting Director based in France. He/she will be responsible for managing accounting activities relating to Italy, actively contributing to the consolidation and optimisation of the Group's administrative and financial processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Ordinary Accounting: Recording of accounts receivable (credits) and accounts payable (payments) within the scope of competence.
• General Accounting: Support in preparing and closing the financial statements; keeping the financial books up to date, ensuring compliance with current tax and civil law regulations.
• Expenses notes: Management of expense reports and preparation of related reimbursements, through the use of digital tools (Esker).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics and/or similar subjects

• At least 3/4 years of experience as an Accounting Specialist

• Good command of ERP systems (knowledge of Teamsystem will be considered a plus)

• Good proficiency with the English language (B2)

• Good proficiency with Google suite (Google sheets, Google slides, etc…)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• High level of working autonomy and focus on results

• A high degree of adaptability to a rapidly growing environment, currently engaged in consolidating its internal processes, is also required

• Full-time permanent contract (CCNL Commercio)

• Full remote working: occasional travels to our Italian (Lake Garda area) and French (Aix-en-Provence) offices may be required

• Salary package from €35.000 to €45.000, depending on the experience of the candidate
