As an Animator, you are the face of the fun on our campsites. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and connection to each moment of the guest experience — from hosting a mini-disco for the kids to leading a volleyball tournament or quiz night. You act as host, entertainer, organiser, and motivator, helping to build unforgettable holiday memories in a safe and welcoming environment.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys performance or sports, and is ready for a summer full of smiles and sunshine.
Key Responsibilities-
Organise and lead a variety of activities: sports tournaments, games, team competitions, Olympics, mini-discos, and evening shows

Act as the host and point of contact for guests during events

Perform, present, and interact with guests across age groups with confidence and enthusiasm

Tailor activities to the needs and age of participants (kids, teens, adults)

Introduce guests to the local culture and promote the unique atmosphere of the destination

Support in creating entertainment schedules and encouraging guest participation
Operational & Team Support

Prepare and set up activity spaces and equipment safely and correctly

Assist in clean-up and storage of materials after each activity

Ensure safety rules are followed during all sessions

Keep the atmosphere inclusive, friendly, and upbeat

Collaborate closely with other animators and campsite staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Help advertise activities around the site
Perfil
-
Minimum age: 18 years old
-
Fluent in Dutch and English
-
Strong interest in sports, performance, or guest-facing roles
-
Spontaneous, open-minded, and quick on your feet
-
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and social skills

Experience or interest in: entertainment, dance, music, sports, theatre, education, or tech (sound & light) is an advantage

Comfortable being on stage or in front of groups

A true team player who brings energy and positivity every day
Working Environment

Based at a TOHAPI campsite in France
