As a reception employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests at Eurocamp at campsite Duinrell. You ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process and help guests with their questions or requests. With a friendly attitude and good cooperation, you ensure that guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is what your role as a campsite employee is all about:

• You provide exceptional guest service in and around the reception by providing information, offering check-in and check-out service, visiting the accommodations and helping guests where necessary.
• You thoroughly ensure safe and clean accommodations, including mobile homes and bungalow tents, by cleaning and checking the entire accommodation.
• You check the inventory and ensure that repairs are carried out or reported.
• You communicate professionally with colleagues, the campsite management and guests on a daily basis.

What do you take with you?

• You have a command of the English language, speaking other languages is an advantage;
• You exude reliability, friendliness, and fun;
• You are at least 18 years old.

For you:

• A seasonal contract for a fixed duration of 2 to 7 months;
• A contract from at least 2 days a week, but also full-time is possible;
• Discounts on stays at our campsites, subject to conditions;
• Hourly wage of €14.20 – with the prospect of a wage increase as of July 1;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;
• A bonus of €50 if you introduce a new colleague (you will receive this after the trial period has ended);
• A bonus of €200 at the end of the season, subject to conditions;
• Training in which you learn everything about the campsite, the accommodations and how to offer guests the very best service - the kickstart for your career;
• Free admission to Duinrell amusement park.
